Early mornings are a thing now!

I’ve never been a morning person, and I’ve always wanted to be. I recently read the book the 5 AM club and wanted to start getting up at five to start my day. It was becoming really hard and I was exhausted by 2 PM. Then comes early bird, a random ad I saw while scrolling Facebook, and I cannot believe how much of a difference I feel! I have this right beside my bed, and at five when my alarm goes off, I shake and drink and I am good to go. I was really skeptical at first, but I’ve sustained this feeling for the past 20 days and I’m still not exhausted at 2 PM anymore. I’ll definitely be a lifetime customer now!

Overall Good But...

I really like the cocktail. It's good to have by my bed, I feel hydrated, and ready to start my day. I notice it better when I work out first thing in the morning as compared to having a slow-moving morning. As far as slow mornings go, I haven't found myself completely off coffee yet. Definitely slowed down since having this, but there's still that caffeine jolt needed. I do like this product because it has 0 calories and carbs and can be used with IF.
