It’s all good!

I guess overall the early bird does work. I’m not sure if I should’ve bought the PM.. I could’ve just bought another morning - being that I work midnights. I mostly worry about being up for the night and once I get off work, going to sleep really isn’t a problem for me - so I’m not sure Night Cap is for me. I think I would’ve been better suited to spend that money on the wake up side. I’ve only use the PM once so far, so I really don’t have a real taste for what it does as of yet - because, I haven’t really experimented with it enough… but like I said, I think I would’ve been better suited on buying another morning powder for staying up.

Newbie to EarlyBird get sh.. done

Hi, Angie here!! I am going to start the early bird tomorrow morning blood orange mamolsa for the first time. I have it all mixed up and sitting on the nightstand for in the morning. I’m really hoping that it helps me with my energy level and focus. I am 60 years old and have a disability after five spine surgeries. After working 38 years it is really hard staying home. I do have my great enough you here with me. He is 14 and he does help keep me going. That’s for sure but once he’s off to school, a lot of times I will go lay back down, and I have not been getting things done and have kind of been a bit overwhelmed with things that have happened this past year. I am hoping this helps to snap me back into having some momentum. I was looking also at the afternoon gummy‘s for that sometimes afternoon crash, but I’m gonna start with one thing at a time , I do suffer from insomnia and the doctor has me on medication for that, but I would prefer to take something natural. I also may have to try the rum sleep formula but as I said one thing at a time, I wish you guys could sweeten this with natural honey , besides that all the other ingredients are phenomenal. I look forward to my morning mimosa will report the results. I hope everybody is getting Shi. done, lol!!! I can’t wait to jump aboard the train with you. Blessings to everyone.

Finally, something that works!

First off, I love the taste of the Night Cap. It's pleasantly sweet, but not too sweet. I take it about an hour before bed and each time I have restful sleep. i don't recall it making me feel drowsy, just sleeping well without getting up to ***. This is such a nice alternative to melatonin.

Slept through the night!

I’ve been making the morning and night drinks for my husband and myself. We’ve slept better than we have in a long time. I’m post menopausal and have not gotten good rest until trying EarlyBird. I love the morning drink. I feel awake before grabbing my first cup of coffee! I forgot to mix our drinks last night and we both had a lousy nights rest. I’m setting a reminder alert from now on!

Awaken

Not a fan of the taste, but. . .

The overall taste could use some improvement, but I sleep better. I used a full scoop the first two nights and had a hard time waking up, so I've changed to a half scoop and I sleep well and wake up refreshed.

Wow!

I know I needed to look for a change in my diet. I developed a bad habit of about a pot and a half of coffee intake daily. I saw your ad and haven't looked back yet. I have not had a cup of coffee for a bout a month since I started EarlyBird! I am really impressed. I spread the word to many friends and they have had the same experience as myself.
