Game changer!

I have had a hard time in the mornings for as long as I can remember, at least the last 20 years. I’ve tried extra sleep, different mattresses, new pillows, eating better, eating before bed, not eating before bed, vitamins, supplements and a whole lot of coffee. Nice addition to my morning routine

Added this to my normal morning routine of collagen and vitamins and it has completely replaced any need for coffee (though I still have a cappuccino a sa treat now and then). I dilute on the higher side - I don't mind the flavor, just like getting more water and I drink it really cold.
