New & satisfying (and long)

I'm a 50+ busy mom of a teen, college student home for the holidays and a 20 something daughter with special needs. I also have my mom, 2 adult great nieces and one baby great-great niece living with me. I have time to barely work out once in awhile. Sometimes it takes me an hour to get from one end of the house to the other if everybody is home and wants to chit chat (and who can resist holding the baby for a min). I'm a night owl but get up early to take my teen to school. It usually takes me awhile to get stuff done in the morning. This week using Early Bird, it's been quicker! I didn't feel like I had to take a nap right after I got up and I started my work projects earlier than normal. It's only been a few days, but I'm looking forward to what I accomplish earlier, every day, with Early Bird!
